The Advisory Council on Historic Preservation (ACHP) is notifying the public and documenting its adoption of the Department of the Interior (DOI) categorical exclusion (CE) for policies, directives, regulations, and guidelines, under section 109 of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
