The Federal Court of Australia heard Wednesday that Tom Wallace of Gibraltar Capital, the buyer of many former Public Hospitality pubs, is employing and acting as a lender to failed businessman Jon Adgemis, in a case examining the financial fallout from the $1.8 billion collapse
