Carlyle sells Romania's Black Sea Oil & Gas to Mazarine

US private equity firm Carlyle NASDAQ:CG and the EBRD have agreed to sell Romanian energy company Black Sea Oil & Gas to Dutch firm Mazarine, Carlyle said on Thursday, without disclosing the sum.
